One of GoServ Global’s continued ministries is partnering with like-minded ministries in Africa. This ministry continues to grow and expand as we serve alongside these ministries to help them grow. One of the primary ways we support these ministries is through the Safe T Home®, an alternative housing structure.
- Uganda: We supplied 30 Safe T Homes® to provide housing to Sudanese refugee children, children that either have been orphaned or had to relocate due to the civil war in Sudan. These children are given homes and education, as well as hearing the gospel. This ministry is in partnership with International Messengers missionary Christine Pipes.
- Liberia: We partnered with Serve Africa, a Christ-centered ministry committed to breaking the cycle of poverty in Liberia. In January 2023, we were able to build 10 Safe T Homes® to begin an orphanage. We also were able to fundraise to purchase motorcycles for 25 pastors.
- Kenya: We built 10 Safe T Homes® in Kenya that provide housing to orphans.
- Freedom Quest Pastor Conferences: Co-founder Terry Baxter continues to equip and serve pastors throughout Africa by holding conferences using the Freedom Quest materials to teach, equip, and break strongholds in these pastors lives. This teaching walks through spiritual warfare from knowledge gained through 40 years of ministry and Biblical studies.
- Many opportunities are opening up in various African countries as potential ministry partners. We envision opportunities for medical work, providing food and education, working with church planters, and supporting and training pastors. Please pray for guidance as we consider these opportunities and seek the Holy Spirit’s guidance.
