Director of Development

Co-founded in 2011 by an Iowa farmer and a missionary in the wake of a devastating earthquake in Haiti, GoServ Global is a non-denominational faith-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit that provides essential humanitarian aid to the most vulnerable in communities around the world, sharing God’s love by delivering hope globally.

We are looking for a self-motivated worker who is a great listener and passionate about using their gifts to help others. This role is best for someone with a heart for nurturing relationships with donors and a desire to be challenged to grow. You will work alongside a team of experienced staff and collaborate and communicate with people of different ages, cultures, languages, and backgrounds.
