We often celebrate that God used two simple people in Iowa to build the global organization we see today. Our grassroots start has stayed with us; though we still are small in number and overhead, God has used GoServ Global for amazing things over the last 13 years. We often get comments at events, exclamations of surprise that they’ve never heard of us before.
Enter Small Town Big Deal, with two people who had similar reactions and wanted to be part of it. Rodney Miller and Jann Carl were at the National Farm Machinery Show in Louisville, KY, back in February 2023, where they ran into Terry Baxter and learned more about GoServ Global. From there, God led them to pursue a partnership with us that would change both of our organizations.
This television show explores America, focusing on spotlighting stories that inspire goodness in us all. Through a series of conversations and prayer with them, we felt led to become sponsors to help share the story of GoServ Global through television. With approximately 500,000 viewers each week, this is an opportunity for us to share with many what God has done in the 13 years that GoServ Global has served communities around the globe. We hope you’ll join us on this journey by praying for God’s favor, for His direction in the production, and for wisdom to steward this opportunity well!
We are so excited to get to work with Rodney, Jann, and their entire team! The show is available on local stations all across the United States as well as on RFD-TV on Wednesday evenings, and is also aired on the American Forces Network for those in service to our country.
