WHAT IS IT?

This is a retreat to escape all distractions and focus solely on seeking God. Over transformative sessions, you’ll confront past hurts, trauma, and sin, allowing God’s healing power through the Father’s love, the Son’s forgiveness, and the Holy Spirit’s power. If you’re frustrated by repeating struggles, uncertain of your identity in Christ, or longing for purpose, this experience will bring freedom and clarity. Jeremiah 29:13 promises, “You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.” This is your chance to truly encounter God and move forward into His plans for your life. Encounters have limited spots available.  

WHO IS IT FOR?

Men and women are welcome at this Encounter (adults only), that are looking to have an Encounter with God. There are limited spots for Encounters, so applications will close when we reach the cap. 

AM I READY?

This will challenge you outside of your comfort zone. This is a technology and distraction free retreat, where all technology, books, watches, etc. will be laid aside to focus solely on God. By applying, you are agreeing to participate fully in the retreat. Additionally, this will be an intensive time of spiritual discipline, but it will FILL YOUR CUP. We are praying for the anointing oil of the Lord to pour out generously so He would be glorified.

WHAT ABOUT MY DAILY BREAD, MY FAMILY, AND MY BED?

We will be at the Cedar Springs Camp (map below). More details will be sent to you once you are fully registered. Meals are provided for you; we will make diet accommodations as able, please note your needs in your application. In addition to your toiletries, bedding, and clothes, we ask you to bring your notebook, a pen, and your Bible. And that’s it! Everything else can stay in your car. The camp will have a liability form for you to complete upon arrival. Men and women will be housed separately. In the application, it asks for an emergency contact and a reference. As part of your Encounter, we reach out to them on your behalf to request letters from them. 

We will have an emergency phone line available for your family to use to reach you during the Encounter. We understand the importance of emergency situations and needing to be available to loved ones, and we have a designated line that will be monitored throughout the Encounter. 

WHAT DOES IT COST? 

It costs $200 per person. We know cost can seem daunting, but we want to encourage you! If God is putting this on your heart, He will make a way! There may be adversity because Satan doesn’t want to see revival in your life, but God is the Provider and Waymaker. We want to encourage your obedience and let God make His will known. 

HOW DO I APPLY?

If you follow the button below, it will open the page in Managed Missions, an outside site that we use to manage our registration. It will ask you to create a login (or use a previous one if you have it) and then take you to the application. The application will only ask for information we use for the Encounter. Some are in regards to providing your meals (allergies/diet restrictions), and others help us know if you need special accommodations in the housing we provide (plugin for CPAP machine, wheelchair accessibility, etc). There is a section that asks for references – these are people that are supporting you in your encounter. It is not a reference like for a job application.
