In 2010, our cofounder, Ken DeYoung, responded to a call to help the most vulnerable in Haiti. Partnering in prayer and purpose with Terry Baxter, they formed the ministry that would become GoServ Global. Working alongside Sukup Manufacturing, the Iowa Lt. Governor, and countless volunteers and generous Midwesterners, they helped turn a vision of hope into reality in Haiti.
After formally achieving 501(c)(3) nonprofit status in 2011, we have celebrated many victories and also walked through significant challenges and losses. Over the past fifteen years, we have remained deeply grateful for the ways the Lord continues to work through GoServ Global.
We are excited to officially announce our 15th Anniversary Banquet, which will take place on June 6, 2026, at the FFA Enrichment Center in Ankeny, Iowa.
Doors will open at 4:00 PM for a time of fellowship and a new event, our “Pick Your Prize Raffle.” Raffle tickets will be available for $10 each, and guests may enter drawings for 20 different items valued at $100 or more—with the opportunity to place as many tickets as they wish into the prize drawings.
After a brief time of worship, we will gather for a meal at 6:00 PM served by Kampen’s Catering. During the evening, we will also host a Live Auction, with items to be announced as we get closer to the banquet.
