This Psalm and the entire Bible establishes Jerusalem as the apple of Gods eye. It is the epicenter of end time events.
Psalm 122:6-9 calls on us to pray for the peace of Jerusalem. I have not been there up to this point in my life, but the promised land has a special place on my heart. I have an earnest desire to visit the holy lands someday.
