God Knows: 2 Timothy 1:12
“12) For this reason I also suffer these things, but I am not ashamed; for I know whom I have believed and I am convinced that He is able to guard what I have entrusted to Him until that day.” 2 Timothy 1:12
Nothing escapes the eyes of God. He knows our every thought, word and deed. He knows our every heartache, trial, struggle, suffering and injustice leveled against us.
He also knows our every weakness, temptation, lust and negative intent. He knows our attitudes and our actions. Yet He loves us and went to the cross for us. He is for us and not against us.
If you feel lonely, despairing or plagued with thoughts that your efforts in the Lord are unfruitful or go unnoticed, take courage. Not one good deed escapes His notice.
To this end Paul penned this verse. “… I am convinced that He is able to guard what I have entrusted to Him until that day.” He not only knows it, but it is also multiplied and covered by His love, mercy and grace. There is absolutely no condemnation to those who belong to Christ Jesus. Your work is not in vain in the Lord.
