The Value of Integrity: Proverbs 11:3
“3) The integrity of the upright will guide them, But the crookedness of the treacherous will destroy them.” Proverbs 11:3
Integrity is a great safeguard. This character quality alone will both protect and guide you through life. Truth and honesty are in the path of the godly.
By contrast, the crooked character of the treacherous will catch up with them. Their lies will be exposed, their cheating will be uncovered and their fraud will testify against them. Eventually they will be destroyed.
Galatians 6:7-8 is the New Testament version of this verse. It is called the law of the sower. What you sow you reap in life. If you sow to the Spirit, you reap blessings. If you sow to the flesh you reap corruption.
