They Even Look Different: Proverbs 10:6
“6) Blessings are on the head of the righteous, But the mouth of the wicked conceals violence.” Proverbs 10:6
Blessings crown the head of the righteous. His or her countenance has a glow of favor from God. There is a radiance about them. Their speech is seasoned with truth and imparts grace. They edify people they come in contact with.
By contrast, the moment the wicked opens their mouth, something is off. It can be vile, deceptive, boisterous and twisted. It doesn’t take long to discern they are hiding something. Their speech hints of an inner soul that is putrid and cancerous. Their look betrays them.
The righteous and the wicked even look different. You can see it in their eyes.
Seek God. Cultivate a pure heart and a clear conscience. He will place on your head a crown of grace and beauty. He will anoint you with a holy glow.
